  1. Doors under 80" (Custom height doors)
  2. Add additional Six-panel Interior Hollow door (regular or bi-fold) Single/Double
  3. Single light glass door ADD OR REPLACE/UPGRADE
  4. French door (Double door with glass)
  5. Add transom to the french door
  6. Add sidelights to the french door
  7. Louvred door (For mechanical rooms)
  8. Double bi-fold door UPGRADE ONLY
  9. Access door (smaller size) to sump pump etc.
  10. Sliding (mirrored/six-panel)
  11. Pocket door (six-panel hollow)

  1. Rebuild Straight Staircase
  2. Solid oak stained handrail
  3. Stained stair treads and white risers
  4. Stained stair treads and stained risers
  5. Wood Railing (White spindles and base/stained post and rail)
  6. Wood Railing (Stained spindles, base, post and rail)
  7. Railing with iron spindles
